Larch Bakery
Larch Bakery creates delicious artisan sourdough breads and bakes from the Mendips, Somerset. We place emphasis on high quality flour and locally sourced ingredients, with most of our grain grown and milled in the UK. All our sourdough loaves are slow-fermented, to aid with digestibility and to unlock optimal nourishment from your bread. For flavour, we always bake with a variery of wholegrains in the mix, and our loaves are stone-baked to perfection. We believe there are no shortcuts to good bread!
