Cheddar and Marmite Loaf A deeply savoury and pretty addictive cheese bread, in a smaller 500g loaf. Studded throughout with Keen’s Vintage Cheddar and Coastal Cheddar from Ford Farm in Dorset, and using Marmite to season the dough (it replaces the salt in the bread, so that it doesn’t become excessively salty), this buff coloured bread shouldn’t be divisive. We have Marmite haters and lovers within our family and friends and we honestly haven’t had anyone who didn’t like it. Try it, you might well like it!
